March 2014 Faves

Hey everyone! I know this post is way late, but I thought I’d share it anyway. I didn’t have a ton of products to share because I’ve been using the same stuff over and over again. But there are a few things that are just new and made it into my faves. Anyway, here you go..

March 2014 Faves
Snoe Make Out Makeup Cleansing Oil
& Garnier Pure Active Fruit Energy Energizing Facial Foam

I’ve been looking for a good cleansing oil since I’ve already used up my second bottle of Celeteque Ultra Hydrating Cleansing Oil and since Snoe has a new store near us, I decided to give the Snoe Make Out Makeup Cleansing Oil a try. It has green tea so it has a bit of a minty scent and it feels warm whenever I use it. It melts all of my makeup, but I only use it as my last step. If you’re interested about my routine on how I remove my makeup, let me know. Anyway, onto the next item, I’ve been loving the Garnier Pure Active Fruit Energy Energizing Facial Foam. I know that it’s for Acne-prone skin which is why I don’t use it on a regular basis but it feels so refreshing whenever I use it. Oh, and did I mention that I am into citrusy-scents when it comes to skincare products? Yeah. I’m that person.

March 2014 Faves
Revlon Colorstay Whipped Foundation in ‘Medium Beige’, Becca Shimmering Perfector in ‘Opal’, Naturactor Coverface Foundation & Concealer in ‘130″, Ellana Loose Mineral Foundation in ‘Chai Tea Latte’ & Essence All About Matte Fixing Loose Powder’

I’ve been attending several events last month (family, blogger, etc) and I need a base that’s going to make my makeup intact the whole day, and there’s no other foundation in my stash that I can think of using than my Revlon Colorstay Whipped Foundation. It keeps my makeup stay all day/night long. And since it has the tendency to look a bit matte, I mix it with my sample size Becca Shimmering Perfector in ‘Opal’. Now it’s no secret that I’m head over heels with my Naturactor Coverface Foundation & Concealer in ‘130″ and my Ellana Loose Mineral Foundation in ‘Chai Tea Latte’ but using these products all together makes a huge hit! Then on top of my makeup, I use my new HG setting powder, Essence All About Matte Fixing Loose Powder. I’m telling ya pretties, this powder is da bomb diggity! The hype all about this product is for real! It’s affordable yet it’s amazing!

March 2014 Faves
Maybelline 24-Hour Color Tattoos in ‘Bad To The Bronze’ & ‘Barely Branded’, L’oreal Super Liner Lasting Crayon & Maybelline Hyper Curl Volum’Express Waterproof Mascara

You pretties know that the Maybelline Hyper Curl Volum’Express Waterproof Mascara has always been my favorite, so that’s pretty much a no brainer. The L’oreal Super Liner Lasting Crayon, however, is a long lost love. I had it in my makeup kit as my reserve eyeliner but I never really end up using it, but since most of my eyeliners are missing (for reasons I don’t know) I decided using it, and now I’m actually loving it. It smudges a little, but it doesn’t give me raccoon eyes. The Maybelline 24-Hour Color Tattoos in ‘Bad To The Bronze’ & ‘Barely Branded’, are of course my new faves. I’m not really a cream eyeshadow person, but they’re really good. They stay on long enough and they’re good when used as an eyeshadow base as well.

March 2014 Faves
Lime Crime Velvetines ‘Pink Velvet’, Wet N’ Wild Megalast Matte Lipstick in ‘Barely There’ & Snoe Rouge Deluxe in ‘Vintage Rose’

I’ve been getting a lot of compliments whenever I use my Lime Crime Velvetines ‘Pink Velvet’ so I use it all the time (haha!) then I saw The Primp Pad‘s website and I decided to get myself my very own Wet N’ Wild Megalast Matte Lipstick in ‘Barely There’. I saw it from Eyah and it looked really beautiful. I’ve been into nude/mauvey lipsticks lately. Then speaking of mauvey, rose-colored lipsticks, I got the Snoe Rouge Deluxe in ‘Vintage Rose’ last month and I really liked it as well. But now my mama’s the one who’s using it. We share the same taste when it comes to mauvey lipsticks.

March 2014 Faves
Essence Colour N’ Go in ‘Free Hugs’ & Essie ‘Watermelon’

What can I say, I love Pinks!

So those are my favorite beauty products for the last month. I was supposed to do a video about this but I’ve been so busy and oh well, I wont even try to defend myself. I just want to thank you guys for still supporting my blog besides the fact that I’m still slacking off. Anyway, see you on my next post y’all!

Oh, and P.S. I’m joining the Sample Room Blogger Circle. I really hope they choose me.

I’ll get to the post perhaps this weekend or next week.
