Beauty Bar Sweets

It’s been almost two weeks since I’ve been looking for an alternative for my Max Factor Facefinity Compact Foundation. I’ve already hit pan with my current one and I thought that before repurchasing a PhP 800+ foundation, it’d be better for me to find an alternative first.

I went to Beauty Bar yesterday located at the Lucky Chinatown Mall, and I purchased the following:

Human Heart Nature Perfect Coverage Mineral Foundation in Honey
Human Heart Nature Perfect Coverage Mineral Foundation in Honey
— PhP 495.00

I am loving this foundation. The name perfectly says it all. It indeed, provides a perfect coverage and can last for a couple of hours. I tried applying this alone, without any BB cream/foundation and it did cover some of my imperfections. It also covered some of my dark circles, although I must admit that I really need a concealer, especially when I have no sleep. When applied with foundation/BB cream however, the product instantly mattified my skin, pretty much like my prior compact. I’m sure you guys know by now that I’m not really fond of having a dewy finish after applying either a foundation or a BB cream, that’s why I often set it with powder, and this perfectly addresses my dilemma. If applied with BB cream/liquid foundation, the product seems to be more long-lasting and of course, it can provide further coverage than it already does.

Human Heart Nature cosmetics can be purchased at Beauty Bar and Human Heart Nature outlets/shops nationwide. For a complete list of their stores, click here. You can also shop online in their website.

I’ve been reading a lot of reviews regarding this particular liquid eyeliner and all of them are really impressed on how this product works. They said that this is very easy to apply on, due to the tip. I noticed that this one has a brush tip, and I’ve had three liquid eyeliners already and all of them are felt-tipped. I haven’t had any trouble with felt-tipped liquid liners, really, it’s just that sometimes the product can be quite unpredictable, if that makes sense? Or maybe it’s just me. IDK, lol.

I haven’t really tested this one out yet. Although I noticed that the swatches I applied in my hand a while ago (12:00am) is still here (5:00am), smudge-free. I already tried removing it with a makeup cleansing wipe, and it wont budge. Apparently, this one can be removed through soap and water, so hmmm… interesting.

Anyway, K-Palette products can be purchased exclusively (as far as I know) at Beauty Bar shops nationwide.
